i want to cut up a bit and try and loose some bf! i think iam going to go on the ckd diet and or something like that. something with high protein low carbs.
Iam going to be doing cardio 4-5 times a week 30-60min/day.while still training.
i was thinking of doing tren with this cycle. how would it work if i only did a tren only cycle? or should i mix something else in there?
Here is what i dont understand now.lets say i want to cut and stay on this diet for 3 months. how long should i run the gear? should i do some short cycles like 3 weekers or do a long one? i dont want to bulk up for a while, i just want to loose bf and get cut up!
