MY NEXT 18 WEEKS (any experiences with this one?)

I'm sick of these 10 week cycles because of the mere fact that in order to take care of your body you need to stay off at least 10 weeks untill your next cycle, which in my case, because I have an extremely high metabolism I must consume at a minimum of 5000 calories daily to keep my hard earned gains. 10 weeks of this is nearly imposible, and financially unthinkable. It seems no matter how many cycles I do I always end up losing a large percentage of my gains, because lets face it, it's hard to stay motivated for 10 weeks or even 8 for that matter with no edge. I'm gonna try a new route with a couple of 6 weekers in a row, and by saying in a row I mean I am going to be bridging for six weeks in between. If anyone has any experience with this let me know.

Id bridge with like 15-25mg of d-bols in the morning.If you work out in the morning like I do it's great your getting your test back into whack plus your getting a mean ass pump for your workout.
 
hey watson, im not an expert but id like to see what kind of feedback i get from this. this is from an old Pump mag, th Q&A of paul borresen. some guy wrote to him about reaching a 230lbs plateu. doing a cycle would make him gain more weight but post cycle, he would fall back down to 230lbs. borresen called this a set point theory. "this is when our body stabalizes at a certain bodyweight and resists change from that weight." his idea to prevent this is to "gain water weight and get adapted to it." he recommended the following cyle, without any anti-es

he also recommended running abombs@100mg/ed during the entire cycle and using Eprex four weeks prior to the cycle up to day 30@1,000IU/eod.

other things he recommended is to make sure your bp doesnt go over 100 and to do some cardio "it is another way to help build the support systems. You have to work with the extra bodyweight in order to make your system modify to it."

one thing that bothered me is his last paragraph

"After this program, you will need only a short brek of 10 days and then a normal androgen course. But you hve to go back on quickly to prevent yourself from slipping back to the old Set Point."

anyway, like i said, im no expert but some of borrenses ideas are good. i dont know about this one though

Looks great, just up the d-bol to 30-50mg with arimidex

Go read the "never ending cycle" post, great bridging info (androsol is great, cheap, and works for me)
 
Your saying up the dbol to that high of a dose in the morning? You may have mistaken the anadrol for dbol in my cycle.
