why would you only get one tt

I am chick.. TT is more of a girls car.. I think, I do see a few guy's in it... I've added alot of things to it.. Hopefully mine will be one of a kind! :)

Oh DieselGunz.. Flip paint is being done... Do you think spinning wheels will be tooooo much? Or is it abit tacky? Loads is being done to it! :)

NO No spinners are for 4 door luxery cars not sporty cars. For me i would drop it with a set of coil overs, intake and exhaust. A lip rear wing and front spoiler and put on some nice 3 piece wheels. the car is quality why not put quality parts on it?

Dont ruin a nice car with 2 much things, keep it clean and simple.

Yeah I agree.. I wanted to get one spinning just on the drivers side, they wouldn't do it anyway, Exhaust def! 3 piece wheels sound good, I didn't think of that.. Flip paint is being done on Friday with the private number plate, DVD player is going in, GPS etc.. Because it is small inside, Not much can be done in there..

My dad will regret buying that for me know.. I've got your list and mine to add now! Daymmmnnnn!!! Oh and the colour of the seats (what colour do you think?) I'm thinking to go.. Dark Maroon, walnut color I saw it in a bentley.. Looked amazing, its soft leather inside though, Not sure if they'll do it.. Thanks for your opinion, Will def do your suggestions! ;)
 
A little overpriced for what it's worth I.M.O.. Nice car though. Do a little more looking is my advice. Those cars are a little too hyped right now. Again, nice though.

I wanted something small for fun.. It was this car or the new SLK, Everyone has that where I am.. It is overpriced for what it is.. But its looks good.... ;) I haven't seen anyone with it yet..

The seats are being coloured on monday.. We'll see what happens.. Will keep you posted.. Thanks Trojan Horse :heart:
 
You should have waited for the new TT (2nd generation) coming next month. I'm looking as well for a TT but since the new one will have some interesting features (Magnetic suspension, eletronically lifter spoiler, 19" wheels....) I thought it would be better to wait....

Looks nice in light blue.. Nicer shape than mine.. I've brought mine already.. Maybe next year I'll change it for that.. Do you think you'll buy the 2nd generation? it does look more like a man's car.. ;)

Unless I get a sweet deal on a 06' TT I would most likely get a 2nd generation hardtop with 3.2 engine and DSG tranny. Oh and Black with beige interior please.

Did you get the 1.8T or 3.2 ?

3.2! It is fast!! Its gonna burn alot of petrol though..

Black with biege interior.. Nice! You should be able to get an 06 TT.. I saw some good deals at the Audi showroom, 2nd generation will suit you though.. Get flip paint on it..

I brought the colour on the pic.. Its abit darker.. Flip paint turns it into a soft Lilac..

I'm still deciding on the interior.. Maybe a dark, Maroon colour..
 
The 3.2 aint a big gas guzzler. If you go smooth or use the DSG wisely it shouldnt.

By flip paint you mean pearl right ? Well unfortunately, they dont offer it with black or red and since my cars need to be black (only exception would be a Ferrari but im not there yet lol) then let's forget about it. Of course, if I dont go back to my first idea (M3...)....

I'd pick maroon for your Roadster. Looks classy and if you leave the car with the top down for a few hours, you wont feel like sitting on a stove.

I don't know what pearl is.. Must be the same thing as flip paint.. Dark blue would be nice for you.. Black is always class.. When I was test driving it, The guy said I should be looking at £90/100 every 2/3 days.. :worried: Some more cash flying out of my pocket!

Ferrari has to be in red! I saw one today! Nice! Wanna have one of those one day too! Nah, don't go for the M3.. Too many around, Unless you really do up the car but you can do better than that.. Go for the 2nd generation or 06 TT.. I like the Bentley GT, I've gotten bad feedback from people about that car.. I chosen Maroon!

I once left my top down, parked outside a store for 10min or so.. When I got back, Some fool was sitting in the drivers seat pretending to drive.. He must've been 15/16yrs old.. I was like Get Out! It's a no no now for keeping it down without me in it! I hope it won't feel like a stove.. The seats are Italian leather.. Ouch!

I do love Ferraris.. I want all the leather changed to Maroon.. Its gonna take a while though.. So no cruising for a while!!! Damn.. Can't put the top down either cos the weather is crap here!! :bawling:
 
Marron like this ? Cause that's the amber optic leather offered here on the TT Roadster.

Its that deep but its just a little abit more red..ish... I love the vanilla one!! That would look fab with 2nd gen.. You got that spot on..

I'll have a look for the exact colour of Maroon.. and post it.. ;) This is the closet one I found.. a touch more deep red in it.. ;)

you should have gone with the best leather in the world {Elmo leather out of Sweden} or Friitala leather in South America.........Italian leather was good in the 80' but now is considered a poor choice in USA...

Ooooh... Damn! I wish I knew that earlier.. :worried:

This leather was the best to colour.. As I was told by AUDI...The leather is quite soft.. I'll make sure to use Elmo leather for my next car!

I love it. Comes with 19" wheels. The M3 is nice but BMW will release the new M3 with a V8 instead of a 6 inline in 2007 and it's going to cost at least $25 000 more than a TT 3.2... :(

The new one sounds hot! Isn't that price good for a M3, V8 '07?? Thats reasonable!!

yeah but round here 3 series is owned almost exclusively by 18-22 range, mostly birthday gifts I assume, and despite the m3's performance gain, still has the same basic mantra.

I do, however, think they are beautiful cars.

Have you checked out the 2nd Generation TT..?? That is a damn fine car.. :p
 
I like the M3 because it's over 100hp/L, RWD, track-ready, sequential gearbox and can fit 4 adults easily. And I love the shape of the E46 series. Problem is the insurance, almost 30-40% more than a TT.

TT: AWD (useful with our winters), sequential DSG, nice and ageless shape, cheaper, free maintenance and cool interior. Oh is insurance is a joke on the TT. Checked with my broker and it would be around $1400/year instead of $2200 for the M3...

My insurance a year is just over a £1100... Damn! London is too fawkin expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few things needed touching up.. A few extra things inside wasn't up to my standard ;)

The Maroon actaully turned out a kinda light brown..ish colour!

Still looks good.. Thought I'd update you guys.. :heart:
 
ll...the car is siiiick!! the car is fast as hell and the steering is touit like a tiger!! i had one and i'm only a little gheeey!!

honestly the car looks like a porsche and i love porsche's....but i don't have 70k so i opted for the tt...great car and no complaints...but watch out for potholes
 
Mr ZKaudio.. I did mention its not up to my standard yet!!!

Had a look at it today.. Getting there.. I want the full works.. Dvd player.. GPS etc..

Hopefully should be done in 9 days.. As I'm told!

Hey Jp!! thanks sweety!

The TT in my first post is not the one I've got.. The site has different changes.. Its the newest TT roadster.. Just under the 2nd Generation..

Will post pics.. I'll keep you updated!!!!!! Damn its FAST!!!!! LOVE IT! :p
