Thanks for all the great responses to my thread questioning why he was guilty.

People brought some good points and some people just posted ignorant kill 'em ll bullshit.
Now I think that his punishment should be determined by how willing he is to cooperate with the US govt in providing info about any type of terrorist organization.
That will demonstrate whether he was a deeply religious young man who was in the worst possible place at the worse possible time, or if he had any desire or will to contribute to innocent deaths in America or abroad.
What do you think?
