Nice site design. You are going into a very cut throat business that's for sure. My wife was in realestate for several years and she made great money but it was a dog eat dog world.

I totally agree..you know whatever the market will bear. I've seen steals on the other side of the coin too.

One of our clients has a knack for finding little old ladies that don't understand the market and purchasing property at %20 of its retail value.

Then they turn around and make $100,000 - $200,000 profit.

Dirty tactics but they are loaded.
