My New Cycle: Check It Out, Comment, Help

Hey so just turned 28 and have been lifting since a freshman in highschool. I am 5'9" and weigh 225. Not sure of my BF% but it is definately between 8 and 10. After trying some PH cycles i have decided to try out the good stuff. This is my first cycle and wanted to share with you and tell me what you think.

12 week cycle:

Equipoise-
500mg a week for weeks 1-4
600mg a week for weeks 5-8
500mg a week for weeks 9-12

Sustanon-
250mg a week for weeks 1-12

PCT-
Clomid at 15mg a day for 4 weeks

May use Nolva instead of Clomid based on price

Constructive criticism welcomed and suggested
 
I wouldnt bother ramping up and down with the eq keep it at 400mg bump up the sus to 500mg run HCG for the duration 250iu's every 4th day, have arimidex on hand for estrogen .25mg is a good starting point with that, start nolva 40/40/20/20 14 days after last inject and throw in some unleashed/hcgenerate during PCT or other otc test boosters and make sure your diet is spot on and your good to go imo. Im sure you will get others.

dang, those are some pretty impressive stats for not touching the real thing!
For a first just a straight cycle of test, with maybe a kicker in the beginning.
Thats pct need some major work or else the gains could easily go bye bye afterwards.
hcg or hcgenerate the last half of the cycle would help your recovery.
 
You will find that a 12 week cycle is a long cycle. Its hard to stay that intense and focused for 12 weeks. Maybe kick it down to 8 weeks. Since the AAS take time to clear it will still be working for 2 more weeks (10 weeks total).

EQ 500mg/week for 8 weeks
TEST 250-500mg/week for 8 weeks.

Training and diet are the most important thing on a cycle.
