As some of you knew, I was a hardcore cyclist, riding a few thousand miles a month. Well I dropped that to take up rowing/kayaking and offshore paddle-boarding. Hopefully as a total body recomposition. This is a comment seeking thread, not one of those 'how huge can i get to impress chix' post. maybe this good feeling and ambitious workout is a side of the dbol talking 
My current cycle is a 12week:
300mg Deca/wk for 12 wks
250mg Sustanon/wk for last 10 wks
30mg Dbol/day for 5wks
This is a total change of pace for me, but it commits me to a hard prolonged workout. See, you paddle 2-3 miles out, to get home, you must paddle back or become shark bait. and if you are what you eat, and i am juicing, that will be one bad ass shark! I do this twice a week, well, I am building up to it, I just started. Then two other days a week, I do weight room stuff for a few hours.
I am curious to see if I should expect much bulk if any since it is cardio intensive, but I know I'll see some serious fat loss and will not be damaging myself. I do plan on slapping on some mass, I mean hell it is a classic bulker.
when I finish that cycle, I'll do eq/test/winny or eq/test/halo for another 10 weeks.
Current stats: 32 years old, 5'11", 185lbs, fat, just leave it at that.
