just got my bottle yesterday, so 1 hr before gym time i took 6 caps, yes i know the normal dosage is 8 caps i wanted to see how it affects me before taking a full dosage, so heres gymtime, i go thru my reg warmup on the lat machine, my second set i have 3/4th of the plates loaded so i'm able to crank out 10 fairly hard sets, rest a minute and proceed to do my 3rd warmup then something amazing happens i grab the bar and it was light, i had to look and see if something came loose, nope so i proceeded to crank out 30 of those babies,and my forearms good golly at the veins buldging.Today is the first day in a good while i was able to max out the lat machine,did bent over rows at 225x15,240X 8,250X5 then my wrists just flat gave out other than that i could have kept going.No doubt it was the N2Amp,can't wait to start this again monday!
