2 tbspoon heavy whipping cream (1 gram carbs)
1 cup low carb milk drink(no more than 3 carbs per cup)
2 scoops or more pure whey protein powder (i like chocolate, maybe 2 grams carbs)
4 packs or more/less of Splenda
Ice
Mix ingredients in the blender, puree to a smooth consistency. For flavors like vanilla, maybe add a drop or two of pure extract.
Should have had maybe 6 grams carbs at the most with 30+ grams of protein.
