Pullups- 3 sets

first set 21 reps
second set 11 reps
third set 10 reps


Dumbell Rows- 3 sets

first set 115 for 7
second 115 for 6
third 115 for 6


Seated cable rows- 2 sets

first set 225 for 10
second set 295 for one (died on this one)

Widegrip seated pulldown- one set

First set 220 for 8

Tbar row two sets

First Set 305 for 9
Second set 305 for 8

Ezbar curls 3 sets with static holds and 15 second rest
130 for 8
130 for 4
130 for 2


Did minor shoulders and left.

end of story.
 
Very good strength. Especially for your current size.

thanks, I keept much of my strength from the heavy juice days. And at 197 I look pretty full. I have always maintained a BB's look, impressive V, big traps so I can go pretty light and look bigger.

Today I sat in my car and said damn you use to hit legs twice a week, deadlift, neck exercises, abs.

so much I leave out these days, kinda just go for the pump and to keep the look, this will all change very soon,.

Depending on your bone structure, 197 at 5'10" is not small. Maybe not huge, but definitely big. Good work
 
that's about my size =/ I don't look as low bf though for some reason. H.static puts me at 10 but d.morphia is a bitch eh?
 
I carried both my kids up and down the stairs 3 times yesterday. I've only been able to lift, on avg, 2x a week over the past month. AAAARRRGHHHH!!!

No doubt with each kid lifted with only 1 finger...LOL

I had a little taste on my vacation this past week. Trail hiking with a buzz. Life is good.


Just too much shit going on right now but things should be back to a rut by mid november so I'll start hitting it hard again then.
 
I haven't lifted anything other than fallen trees and big stones lately.
I did speedwork twice this week.

I like to sleep.

I might get under 170 by the end of this month. I'm losing weight faster than an AIDS patient smoking meth.
