So I'm getting some letro, prami and tamoxifen to try and do something about this gyno that's been doing my swede in and getting me down for the past 5 - 6 months. ???? The docs arent bothered and won't help as apparently it's jut cosmetic!! This is what I was going to do
Taper up my letro (2.5mg fempro from united pharmacies)
0.625mg (1/4 tab) day 1
1.25mg (1/2 tab) day 2
1.875mg (3/4 tab) day 4
2.5mg day 5 (split in two 1.25mg doses) for however long I can take or until I feel it has worked as well as it can??
Whilst running the above I will be taking 0.5mg prami (from united pharmacies) each night before bed for the duration.
I will add tamoxifen two days or so before I stop taking the letro - will taper down as I started but will take twice as long to do so (8-10 days slowly tapering down?) will start taking 20mg tamox for 2 weeks or so to try and deal with the estrogen rebound.
How does the above sound? I'm really clutching at straws but I haven't tried anything really to reverse this gyno as I was trying to go through the docs and endo however they aren't 'concerned'. Feel that I can't make it any worse so why not try??
I'm not going back on any other cycle again, I am obv very sensitive to gyno and will stay well away from any type of cycle in the future. Just want to 'fix' myself.
My FSH levels are slightly high and my growth hormone level is extremely low. Is there anything else I need to consider for the above? All help an info will be greatly appreciated
