My Left Elbow Hurts

Try holding your arm straight out in front of you (no bend in elbow) with your palm side facing in toward your body. Make a light fist and pull your fist in towards your body. Flexing the wrist. Keep the elbow straight. Hold for thirty seconds. Repeat 3x's. Do this 4-5 x's per day.
 
Where is it hurting?
I just got back from the doc the other day for mine. Is it on the inside? Mine is kinda like reverse tennis elbow. Let me know.
 
Turn your palm upward and apply pressure and try to lift it up. If it hurts there you have Medial Epicondylitis. This is where all the tendons and muscles attach on that bony knob. Caused by a movement that turns the arm down and flexes the wrist, like a golf swing.

I had a cortizone shot and layed off a week and it feels great today.
 
I had a similar injury, and worked through it....kept benching hard...but eliminated direct triceps excersises (stressful on the ol' elbow tendons). Get on the advil daily, ice after workouts, and get a tensor sleve of some kind for support. You'll be okay, as long as you're smart about it.

Deca always helps me. I has a severe pain problem in my left elboe 3 yrs ago and after 2 cortizone shots, no prob.
