my last cycle...

i've done a couple mild cycles per year for the last 3 years...mostly deca or eq all at low doses.....i finished a cycle of deca 300mg/wkx10 about 2.5 months ago..gained about 15 lbs and (185-200) at 6'3...ofcourse my bf went from 4-5 to 7-9...i'm now at 195 at trying to get back to the originall bf.


Anyways I'm down to the last of my gear and this is what i'm going to do

Deca 400mg wk 1-8
Test Cyp and Enan 500mg wk 1-5
Winstrol depot 50mg/day wk 7-10

I've never used winstrol so i dont know what to expect and i dont like using test to much because of the bloat.

I have nolvadex(never used before) and arimidex(also never used before) how should i dose these?

ofcourse i know i should use clomid after but probably wont bc of the acne that occurs

thanks. ...and any comments from what the results of the cycle should be would be appreciated

I guess if that's all you have to work with, well... myself I'd get more shit. Realize your not going to make leaps and bounds with this cycle, your not useing any of these long enough to get the benefits that each of them provide. Will it do something? yes, but if you had a little more of each for a longer period it would do 3 times what this will. Food for thought run these the way you should or don't run them, it's a waste IMO.

That won't do anything bro. well maybe the deca but I would run it ten weeks. By the time the test kicked in its finished and the same goes with the winny.

I suggest running the deca and test for 10 weeks.
Always do clomid post cycle 3 weeks after last shot.
Deca shuts you down pretty bad.
I wanna see my balls growing back to normal and like to keep my gains.
So a few pimples from clomid is not a big deal IMO.

first off without clomid, kiss your gains goodbye because you will lose just about all of it as i have. people my disagree but i dnt know of ANYONE to recommend a cycle with no clomid. Also as far as the test goes dont waste your time, you could run 250mgs/weekfor 10 weeks but you will be disappointed in your results. You said you've done a few mild cycles, how mild were they

mostly deca only cycles 200-400mg / week

did a deca test cycle once...didnt like really bloated

did two eq 300mg/wk cycles

i dont have much desire to get "huge"...i'd like to be about 200lbs and as ripped as i was at 185


Can anyone give the doses for arimidex and tamoxifen for the cycle i mentioned

Typically we use .25mgs of Arimidex for every 250mgs of Test. If you're already using Arimidex for bloat purposes you won't need to use the Nolvadex.
However if you wish to use the Nolvadex post cycle for recovery purposes I believe it is used at 20 - 30mgs/ED for two weeks. I'm not sure on that, do a search.

BTW - Clomid does not cause acne, fluctuating hormone levels do.
