History-

I am a 28 year old. 212lbs around 22%bf. I broke my back in 2 places 10 years ago- got married, got fat, got lazy. Well fast forward a few years- Got divorced, dated a girl, realized she was crazy- started going back to the gym for stress relief from her. Now, I am single and looking to do something for myself for a change. I have come down from my highest weight of 258 and probably 29%bf. The only problem is, I was so focused on getting the weight off that I cannibalized, and I am weak now. So- trying to do things right, and find the good balance for my own life. I have done the Starting Strength before- and am moving on to the 5x5 program- as it is best for me personally.

So here is my starting 5 Rep Max's. Go ahead and laugh- I told you I was weak....In all fairness- I felt kind of weak today, but I figure after reading all about the 5x5, that it is better to start conservative and see what happens- instead of plateauing out too soon..

Squat-215
Bench-140
Row-105
Dead-250
Incline-135

Obviously at this point- do I even need to say I am all natural LOL....

Nutrition-
I try to maintain a 40/40/20 diet for the most part. Now doing the 5x5, I am going to be cycling my diet a bit. I am going to do minimal calorie deficit, so that I do not negate doing the 5x5 program by not taking in enough calories.

I know these are not the numbers that people here have come to expect to read, or lift- but these are my numbers. Criticism either good or bad will be taken well, but please remember you were at a point like this at some point before as well :)...
