my gym days are starting to suck

I'm officially confused now.
I'm on anywhere from 40-100mg of anavar, depending on how many times I remember to take my happy pills.
over the past 3 weeks, all of my lifts (other than legs) have been going down in weight - yet I'm getting bigger.
my diet is better, I'm on drugs, and I'm losing strength.

I don't get it.

the only thing I can thnk is that I've been on ripped fuel during that tie and not sleeping well at all, so I suppose that would be the only weak link, not enough proper sleep.
I have gbl on the way and hopefully that will be the answer.

any other ideas? (certianly not "too much sex" :) )
 
ok... how many, what type & how much time between your carbs before you lift. (did that make sense :confused: )
 
the carbs are spread throghout the day.
I have oatmeal and milk in the morning.
I have a protein shake amde with water at 11.
I have my tuna mush at 1 (1 can of tuna, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1/2-1 cup of borwn rice, 1 tbs flax seed oil).
then I work out at 2:30
then I get back around 4:30 (don't workout 2 hours, just takes awhile to get there and get ready and shit)
then have a protein shake.
then at 7 have the tuna mush again.
then at 9 have aprotein shake with milk and flax seed oil.

it works out roughly 40/30/30
 
Ok, then Im lost too, your carbs have time to kick in before your workout...:confused: hmmmmm

I was think maybe you werent get'n enough carbs before you lifted. but the veggies and rice should be there from the time you eat at 1 till 2:30... sounds like your thought process is right on then, thinking its the lack of sleep.

yeah, I've tried taking tylenol pm and it did absolutely nothing and it in itself is hard enough on the liver, so I didn't take any more since it wasn't working.
then I took malatonin and it didn't help at all with falling asleep, but then when I did sleep, it made me sleep much longer - which isn't at all what I need b/c I can already sleep 14 hours or so no problem.
I had a bunch of xanax, but I didn't want an addiction and they weren't really for me anyway. although I found out later that they help GH levels...
so now I'm hoping the gbl works. I'm skeptical of it though b/c it makes you wake up in less time and you feel more rested, but it isn't necessarily b/c you really are, it is b/c it prevents dopamine from being used, but it still gets produced and then builds up, then once the g is out of your system then the dopamine hits and it wakes you up. you feel great, but it isn't the rest... so hopefully the 5 hours that you get is fitful sleep compared to whatever it is I get now.

I suppose I'll be finding out in a few weeks.
