my goals have changed!

for the past 4 years ive trained for strength, got really strong, and never cared how i look.

a few weeks ago i decided i wanted to get a nice set of abs, and and some clean muscle, to do this over a 6 month period i will use some gear. not because i have to, but i wanna try it.

anyways, i was thinking of a 10 week cycle, clomid, dbol, test enanthate, and nolvadex

i browsed around and chose:


clomid 50mgs ed- 3 weeks before i acutally start
test - 1-10 - 500 mg ew
d bol - 1-3/4 - 30 mgs ed
nolvadex - ? time/dosage ?
clomid 10-13/14 50 mgs ed

im sure this is enough to get me some results

im having blood work done before during and after.

any suggestions comments are needed.

if that is your goal use l-dex through your cycle and it keep your levels from falling down far and there is no since on trying to raise your test levels until your off the juice
 
people used to run clomid all the way through a cycle at 50mg EOD, if you look back on elitefitness.com archives EVERYONE said you needed to do that in like 2000-2002, then the crowd changed oppinions and now they say save it for the end....lol...funny how the crowd follows the leader
 
huh, never heard of it before cycle... once i ran out of nolv and used clomid as my anti E during cycle.

anyways bro, save the clomid for PCT

Something to do with it's synergestic effect when used with Test.

this is true, my plan is drop to about 8-10% BF naturally, then start the cycle.

this will be my first, mi pretty sure ill do it, i was thinking winny also

what if i did the cycle i posted, but after the 10 weeks, added 8 weeks of winny, or is that just absurd?

bro, postcount don't mean shit, there are MANY other forums besides the steroid forum, there are guy on c and c forum with over 20,000 posts, and some of those aren't very educated on juice

IF you run an AI along with the Test/Dbol you will be fine....i know many who have used DBOL in cutting stacks, it all depends on the diet and keeping water retention to a minumum.....try running aromasin in that cycle @ 20mg EOD, or even E3D and it should keep the bloat down nicely and still allow strength gains from the DBOL

That's like assuming I drive a truck, or bike, and have tattoos everywhere, just cause' I'm a fabricator/welder and work on cars and bikes.

I'm not flaming, just letting you know a small secret...................catagorizing people "always" leads to trouble........

well, we ARE in the Gear forum... meaning

i dont know much about gear, cuz i never used it, so people that have much experience with it, are juice head. its not a bad thing, its just a term

Learn how to diet and this is not a problem - sounds like advice once again is coming from someone that needs to be asking for it. See for yourself ... from his thread...

Also - Oak - if that is you in your Avatar then you are going to fall in love w/ your cycle - you will get much stronger and your muscles will love you for it.
 
Dbol is excellent for dieting:
1. Keeps you in a good mood
2. I have to run a shit ton of stimulants so I'm not taking dbol naps 24hours/day
3. Super anti-catabolic, moreso than EQ for that matter.
4. With a strong aromatase inhibitor water retention will be controlled.
5. Once you come off and the water weight drops off you look good.

Here's what it should look like:
1-10 Test E 500mg/week
1-4 Dbol 25mg/day
maybe 8-12 25mg/day as well
Arimidex @ 1mg/day or better yet Aromasin @12.5-25mg/day
PCT:
Nolvadex days 1-10 40mg/day, days 11-30 20mg/day
Clomid 50mg/day for 30 days

Let us not pussy foot around the issue by pixy dusting ourselves with hormones.
 
And of course the most important part:

Diet. I wont delve into such an issue right now, but you will have to keep it clean, really clean.

stimulants are motivation in pill form (Needsize and I had this discussion 2 weeks ago, haha). Keep you energized, appetite suppressed, motivated.

sure is me sir... its about 2 years old. im have a bit more muscle now...

ever since i started running, i dropped 12 pounds and look a shit load better.

once at my target BF% i plan to use some gear and get super jacked and stay at a low BF%, prolly 7-9.

any tips on dieting while ON?

UAIron, anyone?

is it really necessary to eat a shit load of protien while ON? i can map out how much carbs i need, so im good on that...

Dieting is simple on the grand scheme of things - calories in versus calories out. The goal is to optimize the calories you're taking in. Yes, you'll wanna keep protein high, keep carbs complex, keep fats quality fats (oils etc).

Chicken, lean cuts of beef, tuna, eggs, cottage cheese are all good sources of protien.
Greens like broccoli, lettuce, spinach... are good
Complex carbs like: potatoes, sweet potato, brown rice, oats, shredded wheat are good.
Fats like olive oil (not the light stuff), flax oil, hemp oil are all good.

You'll have to find a baseline calorie intake and subtract a little from it, and adjust as necessary.

*There are a ton of competing diet theories out there - CKD (and its variants), standard carb diets etc.. so I'm just keeping it as basic as possible

thanx, im sure ill need to do many cycles to get the diet right to gain optimal muscle. i just dont wanna fuck up the first time
