Your dream house can still happen even with this little boy or girl (sex is determined at conception, btw) but imagine, many years from now, that little boy, or girl, making you smile at the cute things he or she is doing, making you smile just seeing them smile, and imagine that same person, all grown up, making you proud every day, eventually having a family of their own,...grandkids to bring you happiness in your old age...

Brick and mortar are worthless by comparison, in fact there is no comparison. Tell your girl you love her, you want this baby with her. It may be scary, but it will be the best decision you have ever made, I promise you that, bro.
