My friend has some big conference for actors and models in Dec. He hasn't worked out in probably over a yr. He just started again this wk for this deal in Dec. He is determined to deca to get a little jumpstart. I am not gonna be able to talk him out of it as part of the the whole "you should go natural first." He is worried about the possibility of tearing something since he has not lifted in a while. Does anyone have any suggestions I could tell him.
