Ok so my friend decided he wants to start up with the juice. Thanks to all you guys I can refer him to best of my knowledge.

So since he is just starting out i figured some test Eth, or cyp at 250mgs for 10-12 weeks.

I was wondering if some deca could be thrown in as well. At say 300-400 mgs/wk for say 10 weeks.

Soo that would be deca for 10 weeks and test for 12. Is that ok for a newb? Or just run Test?
