My first videos...

hell yea to the pullups thing...I never did them because I couldn't. Now i can do quite a few BW and plan on adding weight next week. I can really see a difference in my upper body

your videos are awesome man...might i suggest a simple compression method? Download\use windows movie maker...import your AVIs then export them as WMV files

or just capture your videos using WMM

Thanks for that! I've been trying to "Open Project" and got errors, but completely missed "Import" :D The videos download as AVIs from my camera, so I don't have a choice in that respect. I'll play around with the size of them now. Karma :garza:

All the videos should be working and much more compressed (around 300 to 400kb!!! :D). Thanks t3c, it won't let me give you more karma though :(

Would like somebody to check out the rack deadlift form, which I'm sure is horrible!
 
Lean, hehe... I feel fat after almost a month of bulking. Thanks for the positive comments though!

Saw a video of myself in August 2002 (I was the "star" of my brothers school movie project :D) and I had the body of a Men's Health model that I once dreamt of, but now don't give a toss about. I've now packed on quite some muscle since and lost a lot of that definition, but when I get more sports-specific again, I'll be looking damn dangerous. I am about 20lbs heavier right now than I was in early-mid 2002.

I know the feeling. I usually add weight to pullups, but haven't had too because I've been gaining it of late.
