I am in my mid 30's ... 5'8" at 210lb, got hurt and gained weight. My target:
1. Lower my weight to 185
2. Loose fat
3. Concerned about Gyno
4. looking to gain strength

In a simple way ... What should I use ?

If youre coming off an injury and out of shape you arent in the best position to start using AAS. You should be able to get back to your pre injury condition relatively easy without any drugs due to muscle memory, etc
