My First Time and I need help!

Hello I have bin lifting for some time now and hit my dead spot Im 5'10 170 Lb and 20 years old trying to get some more meat on me anything would help

I eat the best I can I cant reall tell yea the pro and that I take in but I just cant get anything for the last three months
would IGF-1 be a good thing to start out on I have bin reading some good things about it?

Recommend you try posting on the diet & bb or weightlifting forum.

Try and give more details like you bf%, diet, work out schedule, years lifting and so on.

Lot of good bro's be able to help ya.
 
ok I try to eat 1 gram or protein per LB of bd weight I eat alot of eggs, chicken,lean beef As for working out I will work on my arms cest and back and next day do legs I do a every outher day kind of thing and I run 2 to 3 miles a day

Drop the running and TRAIN HARD!!!

Completely change your training routine and get INTENSE with the right foods YOU WILL GROW!

How many meals a day are you eatnig? You ought to be eating lots of smaller (but not small) meals... like eat 8 or 9 times a day instead of 3 times a day...that will help you put on some mass...
 
I agree with Radar-cut out the running and expend that extra energy on the weights for starts. Avoid pussy refinement exercises like cable crossovers and do heavy compound movements like flat/incline bench, wide grip chins, Bent over rows, squats, straight bar curls, close grip bench press, etc. Forget about the IGF and/or gear for now and try to gain as much as you can while your natural test levels are still high.
 
Well I will do what you guys are saying Thanks for the help and Ill get back on how Im doing of there is anything els like times to eat and when to work out would be nice I just may not be eating at the right times

You best learn what you are taking in.

Go here. Make sure you at around 3,000 clean calories. You will grow.
