Hey guys, have done a lot of research past couple months before I started this.
26 y/o
5'7" (on a good day)
175lbs-just finished cutting to roughly 11-12% (top 4 abs definition/ bottom 2 blurry)
1st test E cycle- no prior PH or any of that
Week 1-10 Test E 250 2x a week (sunday morning/wednesday afternoon)
running arimidex .25mg EOD
2 weeks after last pin running novla 40/40/20/20
supps on cycle is simply a good multivitamin & fish oil & cytomax (6am lifting-dont like eating food that early)
doing Layne Norton's PHAT program with HIIT style Stairmaster 3x a week for 15 minutes or so (5 days/week lifting-great mix of strength days n hypertrophy days)
Diet--since just finished cut i started eating at maintenance for 10 days before my 1st pin to maintain weight-found out calorie maintanence was around 2500-2600.
1st week gonna go 2800 cals/day then bump up 200 each week n take it from there. Hoping to add some quality lean mass.
Diet will be 350g/protein/ 125g carbs/rest fat---Going to up carbs as time goes on, but since i just finished leaning out, don't want to jump right into it)
Any tips are welcome/appreciated.
