My First Test E Cycle

Hey guys, have done a lot of research past couple months before I started this.

26 y/o
5'7" (on a good day)
175lbs-just finished cutting to roughly 11-12% (top 4 abs definition/ bottom 2 blurry)
1st test E cycle- no prior PH or any of that

Week 1-10 Test E 250 2x a week (sunday morning/wednesday afternoon)
running arimidex .25mg EOD
2 weeks after last pin running novla 40/40/20/20

supps on cycle is simply a good multivitamin & fish oil & cytomax (6am lifting-dont like eating food that early)

doing Layne Norton's PHAT program with HIIT style Stairmaster 3x a week for 15 minutes or so (5 days/week lifting-great mix of strength days n hypertrophy days)

Diet--since just finished cut i started eating at maintenance for 10 days before my 1st pin to maintain weight-found out calorie maintanence was around 2500-2600.

1st week gonna go 2800 cals/day then bump up 200 each week n take it from there. Hoping to add some quality lean mass.

Diet will be 350g/protein/ 125g carbs/rest fat---Going to up carbs as time goes on, but since i just finished leaning out, don't want to jump right into it)

Any tips are welcome/appreciated.
 
I wouldnt start the arimadex until around week 3or four myself, good first cycle dude nice and simple

looks good to me, I wouldn't use nolva for pct tho post/cycle/unleashed combo with forma 5pumps am 5 pm has always worked great for me without the sides that nolva brings
 
Like gymjunkie says...pct could be much better.

have everything on-hand before starting.


I currently have all the stuff i listed above in my possession. But I'm going to go with the Post Cycle/Unleashed combo with forma stanazol (2x/daily).

I have a follow up question

Would the setup with these PCT be like this
Week 1-10 Test E (250mg 2x/week)
Week 3-10 Adex .25mg EOD

Week 12-start-- Post Cycle/Unleashed capsules (following the label directions)
week 12-start- Forma Stanazol 5 pumps 2x/daily

Cycle and pct look good here. For me personally, nolva caused me to have absolutely no libido and hard to get erections and gave me really bad depression. Nolva sucks so bad... I'll never ever touch that shit again.

Only thing I would add to pct here is a low dose of clomid for 4 weeks @ 25mg - 50mg a day. Keep it low to avoid sides... I personally don't get sides from clomid at 50mg a day... I've even ran more than that and didn't experience sides. Everyone's different. But you'll need a serm in your pct.. Clomid is the way to go. Fuck nolva

Looks good bro. Good choice not doing the Nolva. You could run a small dose of clomid but if it were me I would leave it just like this. Good luck and keep us posted.

We are getting an influx of nolva pct's on the forum lately!!. I don't know why but they are on the rise . . .i hope it's just a phase.

I may have to have another forum tantrum lol, i cant be held responsible for my actions! :D


OP do more pct research bro. For a simple yet effective pct, check out the ntbm range and mr supps form stanzol. Everything you need.
