my first stack

well let me start out with i am 5'4 and i weight 130 i have done androl 75 before and really didnt liek the results and was very dissappointed when i lost it all now i was plannin on stacking sust250 dbols and deca 300 but i also herd that enanthate is one of the best as of right now i wanna bulk up i wanna at least weight 160 then ill start cuttin ( i am not saying my first stack is gonna bring me up to 160) so my question is what do you think is better sust or enathate i also herd that enathate is a weird muscle when flexing no results how true is this oh yeah i am also 21 if thats any help
 
I think you need to lift a LOT more naturally, if you're 5'4" and 130lbs.

And if you didn't like the results of anadrol, your training and diet are to blame. For someone who's 5'4" and 130, I'd imagine you don't exactly eat a lot... that's got to change before you can bulk up - gear or no gear.

Start eating, train for another year or so and see what happens, then think about investing in gear if you're still really desperate.

there both test bro. it's an individual thing. and geez, 5'4'' @ 130. please dont turn to gear. u gain gain so much more by just eating and lifting bro. save your dough for some food.
 
anadrol 75 are shit anapolin is way better at alower dosage and dude i was 212 before i touched a damn thing
 
No ones metabolism is 2 fast... I am the king of fart and burn 500 cals... I stared lifting at 123lbs... but I was also 6 feet tall... and I thought I ate a lot...

Guess what... I didn't...

My diet licked ass... mostly 2 - 3 big meals, with a shake or two if I'd remember, and I didn't think about cals, protein or the like... I decided to make a change... I did... but I also turned to gear... and if you aren't eating enough (which you aren't... as you aren't gainning), you'll get stronger, but won't get bigger... so go ahead... but I guarentee you, you'll be wasting your cash...

Post your typical diet (and not one that we want to read... what you are honestly putting away food wise) so we can help you with that aspect...

I mean... do the juice... but at least post your diet, so we can recommend a few things to make you get the best gains out of your cycle...
 
Actually, now that I think about it, a low dose of anavar might help your nitrogen retention... something like 10mg/day would be reasonably cheap for several weeks on end, and would still positively shift your nitrogen balance.

You seem hell-bent on spending money, so I guess that's the best advice I can offer you for now. But you REALLY have to eat more! Eat 'til you feel sick, then jump up and down to pack it all in, and eat some more! Then take some dimenhydrinate (gravol) to suppress your nausea, and... here it comes... EAT.

Okay, that's a little extreme, but you get my point... pack it in, in unnatural amounts, with good food (lots of protein, moderate carbs and fat), and you'll see gains.

Its not about the money and I dont think the bros here are saying your poor or anything like that. They are just giving you the best advice about building naturally and eating lots and eating clean. Anyway, no flame intended but if you must juice then thats personal choice.

Dr M's advice I agree about using Var, you will gain strength so you can lift more. I'd save the test for later.
Yes, you must eat til your sick, train hard (intensity), take protein shakes, amino acids and food will maintain positive nitrogen balance.
Dont try to gain too much too quick cos you'll end up with stretch marks!! beware!

BTW, if you take BB seriously, then no alcohol it inhibits protein synthesis big time and puts extra stress on your liver especially if you're juicing.
