Hey guys- just looking for a bit of advice.
I am currently on the ketogenic diet- low carb, high protein/fat, and am considering purchasing some NYC (or something like that) to speed up my weight loss. I kick box 3 night a week (full on) for 1 hr 15 minutes per session. I am not really into the ripped-beyond-belief look, just want to trim down and get rid of excess fat.
So my question is (finally)- are theses boosters such as NYC worth it? Am I getting myself into a dangerous addictive cycle or something? Just want to know cause I haven't taken anything like this before.
