My first post (don't dice it up too much)...

Ok. I USED to weigh 500+ pounds. Don't even bother asking for a BF%!! I'm down to 400 now. It took me almost 11 months to lose what I have now. I'm 6'3" and currently have a BF of 38%. I have no problem dieting and exercising right. I train 4x's a week and suprisingly have not done much cardio. I think I get enough of a good sweat by lifting. I played college football but I was an academic, not a NFL'er. Never started anyways... Oh f'n well. So that's where I learned to work out and coincidentally where i learned to pig out. That was ten years ago. I have been working out with a purpose since but have only recently paid close attention to my diet. In that timespan (18 mos) I've lost over 100lb but have hit a wall. My first (and only) cycle I think helped. It was:

Sustanon 250: 1cc/wk wks 1-10
EQ 200: 1cc/wk wks 1-10
Nolva 20mg: 1tab/day wks 1-14 (didn't wanna take chances)

That cycle was over in August of 2005.

I did a cycle because I believe that more muscle helps burn more fat. My current cycle (2 weeks in) is as follows:

Deca300: 1cc/wk wks 1-10
Dbol 50mg: 1tab/day wks 1-4
Nolva 20mg: 1tab/day wks 1-12

I know Dbol for me is a bit odd. No bloat yet but strength is WAY up!! I've added 60lb to my squat and noticed that I'm able to do far more dips than I have before (maybe cuz I'm not as fat....). But following my belief that more muscle equates to greater fat mobilization I think this will work. I have small goals. I just would like 10lb of sustainable muscle (for now).

My ultimate goal would be a total weight of 270-280lb with a bodyfat of 15% (238lb LBM, 42lb BF). Now I take into account that there at some point is going to be a loss of muscle. Currently I have a LBM of 248lb with 152lb of fat, ugh!! I estimate that I have roughly 100lb of fat to go. Now if I make it to 260lb LBM I'd be ok to sacrifice 22lb of LBM on my road to my goal.

I'm 31yrs old and as far as my diet goes I approximate that I consume 300g of proteins, 200g of carbs and 150g (half my protein intake) of fats daily. Caloric intake is about 2500 calories daily as well. How anyone lives on anything less I don't know!!! I have cut out ALL sodas, desserts, erroneous salts and sugars. I drink a bit over a gallon of water daily, sometimes more (as it's the only liquid I allow myself right now). Once a week I'll have a couple of scoops of frozen yogurt.

I have been thinking of taking up martial arts as a hobby later on but not now. I don't think I'll have that Deca problem. We'll see.

I welcome any comments, criticisms or otherwise to this post or myself. For all of it I thank you in advance...

Great job on losing the weight! Why are you running cycles? Start doing cardio. At your current weight, you are already disposed to a whole slew of medical issues. Why throw gear into the mix? You can acheive good results by getting diet under control and exercise. Cardio, cardio, cardio! I can understand your reason (muscle buring fat) and I too am tempted to do the same but it just isn't worth it. You may build up muscle, but any fat covering it will still be there. Gear DOES NOT burn fat. Diet and exercise do that. Just wondering how many calories do you take in? How much protein? There is a website where you can plug in all your foods for the day and have it graphed. www.fitday.com

If I was you I'd go for a few more pounds, but your going to cycle anyway...You already have the mass, Obvioulsy at 400 lbs...I wouldnt do the SuS I' run the EQ, And Winny....EQ Weeks 1-16....Winny Weeks 12-16.....

u don't need any AS PERIOD. start doing cardio religiously preferably on an MT stomach. start off slow paying attention to HR. maybe start around 15min sessions, go up 5 minutes every 2 weeks or so until u get up to around 45 minutes. once u r comforatble w/ that, maybe try twice a day. low carbs, low fat(eat good fats), high protein. eat every 3 hrs, small meals. include low carb protein shakes as a meal.
- congrats on losing 100lbs. don't stop now, u only have 150 more to go.

congratulations on dropping all that weight. but if you're serious about losing another 100 lbs, and you know as much about exercise science as you seem to, then i don't have to tell you you're deluding yourself thinking you can get it done with no cardio. i would drop the aas, reduce the lifting to a few compound exercises, and embrace the cardio

You can do cardio while lifting weights. Cardio doesn't have to be running on a treadmill or swimming laps. Lower the rest time between sets and do higher reps per set. The goal with cardio is to get your heart rate to 85% of max heart rate. At 31 your mhr is 189. Your goal is 160 bpm. Given your size, you might have to work up to that. This is how I do cardio. I can't stand sitting on a fucking bike and going no where. Plus my workouts are 25-30 min. My rest time between sets is usually 15-20 sec.

man at the BF% bro, steroids are NOT doing you any good bro, actually probably hurting you by raising your cholesterol even more and making it even tougher on your heart.....you NEED to be doing cardio bro, RUNNING AND WALKING OR RIDING A BIKE.....you need to get down to 20% MAX BEFORE YOU CYCLE

He's right bro-but you've already made up your mind so ???

Maybe you should get some bloodwork done? My guess is that you're one porkchop away from a heart attack-especially since you don't do cardio.

Have you called Jenny yet? I did and lost 30 lbs. Now I look even sexier in my thong. I can even see the head of my cock now when I have a boner.

Here are a few comments -

Sweat is no indication of anything other than your body trying to cool itself. It is no indication that you are burning any calories.

Second, I would stay away from steroids for awhile. Steroids do not burn fat (Tren may help a little, but that is still unproven - and is argueable) All you are going to do is put muscle on under all of that fat, and make yourself look fatter.

PM Ulter and ask him for a supplement regimine. With a good diet, cardio, and supplements from anabolic fitness - you can watch the fat melt away.

You can also search out Pintoca - He made a huge transformation in a short period of time.

thats true but why do some people run in heavy clothing to sweat more? i my self like to sweat because it makes me feel like i accomplished something :)

Thank you all for the suggestions. Really. I understand that sweat does not indicate much more than your body trying to cool itself off.

As far as bloodwork goes I had a CBC and a Chem10 done and I checked out very good. My BP is currently 128/77 (just measured it).

I must make a correction. I stated that I don't perform much cardio. I meant that I do circuit training with weights with very little rest in between, hence that IS my cardio. I never wanted to imply that AAS burns fat. No. AAS combined with a proper nutrient regimen only aids in recouperation from muscular stress.

Msam76, I stated my caloric intake along with the nutrient breakdown. I will go to that site and plug in my numbers, thanks for the info.

As far as my cardiac conditioning I can go on a treadmill for 42 minutes at 3.0mph with a 2 degree incline. A "juggernaut" I'm not. No way, not yet at least. My current aerobics (in addition to the circuit training) comprise of mostly plyometrics targeted to increasing my VO2 max. Twice per week and not more than 20 minutes a session. I'll have to get back to you all with my total cholesterol levels broken down by HDL and LDL but last I checked (about three months ago) it was near 140.
