My First Helladrol Stack Log

14% bf (a little higher than recommended I know)
Lifting 7 years, 2 serious.

Stack:
1-6 Helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/125
1-6 N2Guard
1-6 HcGenerate
3-10 Forma
7-10 Clomid
7-10 Unleashed/ Post Cycle Combo

My Goal: I want to increase my strength and increase my weight while lowering or at minimum staying under 15% BF

It's been 4 days. I know it's soon but I got a couple pimples, usually only get one or two every few month. I sweat really easily and a lot right now.

I am more lethargic than I have been but I'm sure that has been since I stopped taking C4 as a pre-workout due to all the stimulants.

Strength is a little down, I'm sure since the lack of stimulants. I did help my brother in law move for a couple of hours so I'm sure that played a big part.

Bench Press: 285 for 5 reps (Week? Absolutely) I've been doing high reps for a while to get a little more definition in my chest.

I am making sure I eat the best I can. I work so much being very strict is very difficult, reason why my body fat
went a little up.

I'm drinking a minimum of 1.5 gallons of water a day.

Any suggestions and advise would be appreciated. Just don't call me fat, little sensitive on that.

that's a damn good looking cycle if i do say so myself... =)

you will really notice hella kicking in late week 2 or week 3... the strength will definitely be there and you will get some great size... just eat right and train hard and you will get the goals you are wanting... its up to you how much you get off this cycle bro...
 
Week 2 update:

Gave it my all for 6 days this week. Didn't notice much of any change in strength.

I did go up one full clean rep on my bench press which is not bad. Felt some tightness in my shoulder so I didn't want to increase the weight just yet.

The extreme sweating mostly went away. I did get a few more pimples. One on my arm. I've gotten only pimples on my chest back and face in years so that was different. 3 pimples total so no biggie.

It's only been 1 week so I'm not expecting anything yet.

Broke my diet and had taco bell once and did do a red robin burger on Saturday.

Got stung by a bee on my lip on the weekend but it didn't get too swollen. Nothing to do with the cycle but that doesn't happen everyday.
 
I'm in the middle of week 3 now. I've put on 5lbs. Now I'm not sure if it's muscle because I've only been able to increase my lifts by one rep.

I heard Helladrol takes 3 weeks to kick in so I'm hopeing to see a significant strength increase soon.

My diet is fine. I'm eating a lot, making much better choices than ever. Now I don't measure calories or count my protein grams because I have a business, a wife and a kid and thats just to much for me right now.
I basically eat more, eat often and eat clean.

A was looking forward to Beast next, after a few months off of coarse but if I don't see decent results I just might avoid it.
 
It wasnt untill I spent an hour to count up my average days eating that I relised how low my calories were bro.... I know your busy but make the hour man and do it. I'm starting my hella run which is almost identical to yours this Sunday. Good luck bro.
 
I guess it makes sense to take the time and see where I'm at as far as calorie intake. It's weird I've gained 7lbs in 3 weeks but no real strength. I'm just going to do the best I can. Good luck on the cycle.
 
I'm on the start of week 3 now on Helladrol. I'm up 5 lbs and my pants still fit the same. Just this week I started noticing a big increase in my lifts too. Also no major sides other than a little lethargy. I started Katanadrol this week also. Hoping to lean out and gain strength. Keep us updated on the log bro !!! GOOD LUCK!!!!
 
100mg and 125mg is the sweet spot. I look forward to seeing you notice strength going up weeks 4 through 6. Shit will just get lighter. I have ran 2 cycles of it, started out at 100mg ED, noticed, to me, increased vascularity after 1 week... and strength in 2-3 weeks. By the end, you'll just be able to start putting the same stuff up easier and easier. You got it from mrsupps, right?
 
I got everything from Mr Supps and NTBS for the HcGenerate and N2Guard. Week 4 starts tomorrow but I kicked it up to 100mg a day earlier see if that helps.
 
Well I'm now 4 weeks into my helladrol cycle. This is my second week at 100mg and I am still stuck on my lifts.

I've been able to go up one rep on my bench since I started. I'm doing well over 3000 calories a day and I have a protein shake twice a day.

I have felt a bit tiered even though I have been sleeping 8 hours every night.

I've gotten a noticeable amount of extra pimple on my chest and face. (6-8)

I don't know what is going on, no considerable strength increase at all.

My routine is a 4 day split.
Chest/ Triceps
Off
Back and Biceps
Off
Legs
Shoulders
Off.

Where am I going wrong?
