My First Cycle

I am 25 years old
athlete my whole life
weight training for years
5' 11'' 250lbs
could drop a good 50 lbs of body fat that ive aquired over the past few years

thinking about doing my first cycle. Not too heavy. somthing with good lean gains and some body fat reduction.

Advice please!!!!!
 
Here is what you are going to hear from every memember responding and I see it all the time - you need to change your diet/exercise routine before thinking about AAS. You didn't list bodyfat, but from your stats you can't exactly say you've been an athlete for the current part of your life. You need to do some searching on this site and educate yourself before seeking advice on what to take. I see people get directed to the steroids 101 thread all the time.
 
Theres a lot of health risk jumping into steriods when ur overweight. Im putting off startin a summer cycle b/c im 10-15 lbs overweight. With a solid plan and advice from members on this board u will be shocked what u can do natty.

your an athlete you whole life and you weight 250 at that height?? you are way too far overweight to even be considering a cycle... one top of that, you don't even have anything in mind?? noone is going to help you if you don't even have something in mind... the LAST thing you should even be considering is any kind of cycle... you need to get your ass doing cardio and clean up your diet big time... then and only then should you even CONSIDER running a cycle... and you need to have some sort of idea of what you want to do...
 
50 pounds overweight? bro you dont need steriods, seriously.We have a great diet and training section.Please look them over.
 
it is much easier to burn off fat that to build muscle. you will get even fatter, more wattery and more bloated with the use of aas, unless you jump into an agressive cutting cycle and you arent ready for that yet. diet and training
