My first cycle

Check out the profiles of AAS and PCT forum, diet forum and after you have researched and answered your own questions by RESEARCH, then let us know what else you need to know before going down that road. No hurry bro, take it slow and do it right.

ehh bro, dont take this the wrong way but your metabolism doesnt look all that great - you look like your at 14-15% body fat and if you are trying to gain some weight, not all of it is going to be muscle - you'll probably end up even higher at 16-17. id say cut to down to 10% which is having all abs visible without flexing, then bulk. ... unless your a powerlifter - but you dont look like one of those either.....idk man, im getting the vibe that you're just not ready yet

LOL, funny you should say powerlifter. I use to compete, but now I perfer bodybuilding. I have never really focused on my abs, what you see in the pic is from no cardio what so ever, just decline situps to help build a strong mid section for squating. I dont do any cardio at all because of the fact I loose weight, but I am planning on cardio while on the cycle 3x a week@30min.

I understand what everyone is saying, and thanks guys for the advice and thats why I joined this forum, because its new to me, but I have the gear now, and plan on a good diet. Trust me I dont want to just gain for 10weeks just to loose all of it. I want to keep most of it, so I dont have to use again(im not rich) My goal is 185lbs with 10% or less of bf, and I know I cant get that by eating junk food.

well lets see....
breakfast
oatmeal with protien shake/2tble spoons of olive oil mixed in
1st snack- protien bar/pb sandwich(on wheat bread)
Lunch-pasta with protien bar
mid snack-1-2 cans of tuna/more pasta mixed in tuna
Dinner- chicken or steak with baked potatos
Before bed- Protien shake/1-2 Pb sandwiches

Pretty much stick with that the whole ten weeks, while changing some things while adding others like brown rice with the tuna, and chicken with sweet potato. Im not a picky eater, so I can eat the same things day in and day out.

I was going to eat out once a week though, say pizza :chomp:

umm dude you should Definitely inject in your glute for your first time. just research on injection sites so you know what your doing. what size needles do you have? for glutes you should have a 22-24g 1.5 inch. i put the 1.5 inch all the way in. but about 3/4's of the way in should be good enough. it should slide ride in if done right.
