Well, obviously I am a brand-newbie. I did a lot of internet searches looking for good sites and this one looked to be a good source for info. I recently started my first cycle ever of Sustanon 300. I am new to the game so I didn't want to go too harsh and I didn't feel comfortable stacking yet. (not to mention it was hard enough just getting the sus.....I drove 900 miles each way) I curently am 27 5'10" and weighed about 168 when I started. I've bumped my protein intake to around 200 grams and my # of meals to 6 to 8. I usually hit the gym 2 days on, 1 day rest for around 2 hours per. I am open to suggestions on how to boost my gains either by changing my workouts or diet. Any help welcome, flames dont bother me either (usually pretty funny). Thanks
