My First Cycle

Well, obviously I am a brand-newbie. I did a lot of internet searches looking for good sites and this one looked to be a good source for info. I recently started my first cycle ever of Sustanon 300. I am new to the game so I didn't want to go too harsh and I didn't feel comfortable stacking yet. (not to mention it was hard enough just getting the sus.....I drove 900 miles each way) I curently am 27 5'10" and weighed about 168 when I started. I've bumped my protein intake to around 200 grams and my # of meals to 6 to 8. I usually hit the gym 2 days on, 1 day rest for around 2 hours per. I am open to suggestions on how to boost my gains either by changing my workouts or diet. Any help welcome, flames dont bother me either (usually pretty funny). Thanks
 
Well off the top of my head my first 2 concerns are you are still not getting enough protein...go for 300 grams per day spread over 7-8 meals. Also do not train for 2 hours per session, go for no more than 1 hour (you should be totally exhausted at that anyway...)

My thougths exactly, The Term is right, bump up protein and train for no more than 1 hour, make sure you take a PW shake afterwards with high protein and simple carbs then a good meal an hour or so later.
 
Exactly what everyone said.... Including the long drive for some test. :p

Anyway increase the protein definately to at least 250 grams and that's if you're eating alot of good carbs and fats as well. Train no more than 1 hour - 45 minutes is optimal if you're trying to gain as much as possible. Limit cardiovascular exercise to moderate intensity done no more than 3 times a week 20 minutes tops or even just completely eliminate it for now if your goal is to gain as much mass as possible.
 
Up the protien intake. :) As all the others suggested.

Also 2 hours in the gym at a time?? Too long. I believe after 45min-60min cortisol(sp?) levels sky-rocket causing muscle catabolism.
 
Thanks for all the flameless and super informative replies. With my current occupation it will be no problem bumping the protein and meals up, and cutting the gym time in half will free up time for riding my motorcycle and family time! And yes I had to drive half way across the country to get some gear. I had a couple possible sources here in the land of 10000 lakes that mysteriously lost their hook-up at the last minute. It's taken like 2 years just to find this stuff!! Oh to be back in good old 29 Palms where Tijuana was only hours away!!
 
Unfortunately, the individual I got the Sus from only had 3000 cc available. When I left from MN I was under the assumption I had double that. My first dose was 250 followed 5 days later with 500 at 1 week intervals with my last dose 250. My source told me that would be a good way to do it. Again, I am open to suggestions as to better doses. I have nothing in mind for post cycle right now because as I said...finding gear for me around here is near impossible!
 
If I only had 3000 mg. I would run 500/Wk for 6 Weeks. A good post cycle would be 5000 IU HCG/Wk for three weeks w/ Proviron at 50mg/D for three weeks. My personal opinion.
 
If I'm reading this correctly, sounds like you have nothing for post cycle at all?

You better at least find yourself some clomid quick.
 
I've tried talking to a lot of guys out here and noone seems to be able to get ahold of anything. Driving 1800 miles starts to get pretty expensive and the guy I got them from isn't too keen on shipping in the mail. I got a ziplip account if anyone has any suggestions. I know I'm new and if I dont get any responses, I completely understand. I'll just do my time here on the board and contribute when I can and when someone feels comfortble enough to pass on a good source for gear, I'll be greatful!
 
damn, that's a long ass drive. I too had problems finding gear when I first started looking, but I would think there are other options than driving that far. They may be riskier, but driving around with gear for 900miles isn't all that advisable either. Nonetheless, you're on, congrats. I know most guys are going to say run 500mg/wk for 6 weeks, but if I were you I'd run maybe 250 e4d or e5d, that way the cycle gets stretched out a bit farther. And I agree with gettin some sort of post cycle therapy. If you can't get clomid, get some "unleashed" and "post cycle" from proteinfactory, it would be better than nothing.
 
Also... if you bought Sustenon 300, you got a problem there... ;)
 
Why is that? From what I've read on here and some other boards it is a legit product. Of course you will have some counterfeits but isn't that true with all? Like I mentioned, I am new to this stuff and hey...keep the knowledge flowin!
 
Well then you'll have to excuse me... I was under the assumption that it came in doses of 250mg/ml... If there is legit 300mg stuff... then go to it! :)

i think it's a bit confusing, but he may not know exactly what we are referring to as 250 or 300. I think he has 30cc of 250mg/ml sust, but I may be wrong.
 
Sorry guys, my bad. It's a 10cc bottle of Sustanon 300. I also have one other question....I am trying to pack on the protein but what other foods should I be eating to maximize my gains? I've been hitting the usual chicken breast, steak, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese, rice, pasta and the protein shakes but is there anything else anyone can suggest? Are there any foods I should avoid or should I be eating everything I can get my hands on. I dont do competitions or anything, but I'm just looking to pack on the mass!

I know of at least one UG lab that produces Sus300 and it comes in a 10ml vial. This may be what he has.

What exactly does it say on the label?
 
Yeah, it was IP. At first I was very skeptical because the label had a picture of a drawn muscle head lifting a dumbell. It is obviously a repackaged product. The guy I got it from is a my best friend, who got it from his sisters boyfriend. I've been on it for 1 week and 2 days. I've gained almost 10 pounds so far and I've been noticing some of the usual side-effects and strength levels are def going up. I know that the chances are good this may not be what it is supposed to be, but whatever it is, it seems to be working. Also it did pass the freezer test. For those who posted they've never heard of it, I'm not posting this as to say that it's real and I'm right and you're wrong.....because I know that probably everyone who has posted any replies here knows more than I do about gear. I'm just relaying my current experience. Thanks again for all the replies!!
