Im going attempt to get shredded and hard (No more weed)
2 20cc 50mg-cc winny,100 spirospent Clen tabs,1 bottle of Liquidex,Eca,yohimbe and a good Diet. Any Advice please feel free to reply.

I would get more Spirodent, probably around 50 or more pills. I take around 8 a day of Oxyflux right now, and Im pretty sure you will need to take atleast around 6 a day of spirodent, so at 14 days, you will be ok, but if you decide to run it for 3 weeks, you will need a little more. Be carefull combining the ECA, with the Yohimbe, and the Clen, that might be overkill for your heartrate. I take a few Xenedrene EFX while taking the clen,a nd use LIPODERM-Y (yohimibe topical), while on the clen as well, but just be carefull mixing hte ECA in too (or only use it off weeks).

Don't take clen and ephedrine together.

Both increase HR via slightly different mechanisms which will be cumalative and dangerous m8.

then the eca for 2 weeks.
