My first cycle

I want to start a cycle that will put on some muscle and cut body fat. My vitals are:
Age: 21
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 218lbs.
Bodyfat: not sure but more than it should be
Waist: 37.5"

This would be my first cycle. From the research I have done Winnie seems to be pretty effective for trimming fat but what about putting on muscle? Is deca effective for this or maybe primabolan. I know sust will get the job done but I am somewhat hesitant to start with that, only because I don't know many people who have taken and I am not sure of the side effects Also I need recommended doses, and how to cycle them, and anything else I would need to reduce possible side effects.
 
I would suggest you something like sust/winny, or even test/anavar. Forget about Deca for the moment. No need for a massive mass gainer.
 
Diet & cardio determines bodyfat level, gear does not. You should consider remaining natural for a while, but, if not run test only 400-500mg per week with a diet designed to reduce bodyfat levels.

My thoughts exactly! For your first cycle i would use test only or maybe test and winny!!

Week 1-10 Test (sust) @ 250-500mg/week
Week 8-12 Winny @ 50mg/day
Then get on Clomid!

Remember this, your diet is going to determine if your going to bulk up or get ripped!!! And please read a lot more info before you start your first cycle!!!
 
Run Sust. 10 weeks. Thatrs it. Eat a VERY balanced diet.

As for not knowing much about sust. Sorry but do a search and you will find so much your eyes will bleed :)
 
Sust 8 weeks max at 250 mg. WInny for 4 weeks. Take it easy, it's your first one. BTW what's your actual diet ?
 
My diet has actually gotten very consistent. I started about 40 days ago and i was 232 so i lost about 14lbs. I stay at or around 2000 calories/day, eat at least 1-1.5g protein/lb. (45%), about 175g of carbs each day (35%) and no more than 45g of fat (20%) (less than 10 g saturated fat) I stick with the basics: lean chicken and turkey, tuna, salmon, oatmeal, egg whites, and whole wheats as carbs. I am doing steady cardio 4-5 day per week @20-30 minutes a session and training 3 days per week. I take cell tech and hydroxycut in addition to some of the other basic supps.
