my first cycle

I am 18 years old and am getting ready to place an order on my first cycle but i am not real shure on what to get. I want to bulk up does anyone have any suggestions. let me know
 
Are you a college athlete with serious potential?

If not, please wait a couple of years. Hard training and a good diet will ge a long way to getting good results.
 
Deca weeks 1-8 400mg per week
Test ethanate weeks 1-8 500mg
d bol 40mg weeks 5-10
start clomid week 11
.5mg of arimidex ed weeks 1-10

hey bro..

do like me and wait another two or three years. I'm happy I did. Your natural test-levels are still high so it should be easy for you to pack on some pounds.


Hit the gym.. do 3 or 4 sets/excercise with 5 - 7 reps.. max weight. Work hard. mix up your excercises.

eat large and eat clean.

you'll make great gains.

I am not making fun of you, but I can bet that you could do alot of changes in your work-out program and diet that will add some major mass to your frame, before you hit the juice!

Please hang out on the board for two years, ask lots of questions, and in the mean time, work-out hard and eat right, and you will be surprised how much you will gain!

YUP.....you can go a long way with proper training, diet and rest...so wait a few years and pack on some size without steroids.
Whatever you do do not train like a steroid user. You need to train naturally... do infrequent, low volume, and fairly high intensity training.
Try this......a three way split training Mon-Wed and Fri. Thats training each muscle group directly once per week and that plenty especially for squats and deadlifts.
Stick to the basic compound movements for the most part....Squats, deep leg presses, benches, presses, rows, pulldowns or palm up chins, curls, weighted dips for tri's(with elbow close to body) etc etc.
Do 3-6 working sets per body part after warm ups.
Eat a lot, sleep more, and you will grow plenty.........train like they do in the magazines and you will go NOWHERE!

When you turn 21 then you can make a better choice in regard to steroids. Take it from 40 year old Realgains bro...you don't want to do roids just yet....besides some men still grow in height after 18 and if you take roids they will cause the growth plates in your long bone to fuse and you will never grow an mm again.

And here I thought I was to young to start. I'm only 28 but that's like a baby compared to most of you here. :)

yup yup, these guys are right man. They ain't here to bash on you there only trying to help, and yes you can make serious gains without juice. i wish i would have been on this board when I was in h.s I would have been a lot smarter in my training. good luck

If it is your first cycle, you do not want to over do it. This cycle should put a good 20-25lbs. on you, depending on your diet and your training habits.

Test T-200 400mg. a week
Eq. 200 400mg. a week
D-bol 30mg. a day
