I am 25 yo, 6' 2" about 190 right now. It has been a few months since working out but I hit the gym hard all winter. With diet, Myoplex and Creatine I was able to bulk up to 197lbs from 185 when I started last October. I am just getting back into the gym and will work out a couple weeks to get the aches out before starting a Sus only cycle....my first ever cycle. I have been doing much research but I still have questions as to how to go about it. How much? How often, etc? I am looking to get big quick and add strength...not looking for definition just yet, maybe next cycle. Any help? Thank you!
