I have been lifting hard now for at least 2 years and I have finally had it. I know it's all about the show, and I'm tired of being 1 step behind. A friend set me up with 2 bottles of cyp. but I won't have it for 2 weeks and I don't know what make it is. What should I be looking out for and what should I expect as far as results? Like, I weigh 221 and I am 6'1". I guess I am above average size unless you look at my pals. I follow a pretty solid diet and train a min. of 6 days a week. IS there anybody that can give me some decent no bullshit advice?
