Whatsup guys looking for some critique/ real good advice, Im 5'9" weigh in about 160 and Im 19. I've been lifting for about 3-1/2 years and dieting for about 3 weeks now. Managed to put on a good 6 pounds, im naturally built but looking for that extra boost over the top. I was thinking about running a cycle of sustanon 250 for a 5 week cycle looking like this :
Week 1: 250mg
Week 2: 350mg
Week3: 500mg
Week 4: 350mg
Week 5: 250mg
Maybe running something like FemPro on cycle and clomid or Nolvadex for PCT.
Right now im taking in about 3100 calories/day with 265/370/70 that'd be protein/carbs/fats, of course on cycle i'd ramp up the intake. Hitting the gym on a 5 day split, resting on the weekends, probably move to a 2 day on 1 day off split.
