Just like to say this is a great forum, been reading alot of posts and learning alot. I need alittle help determing my first cycle. Ok here are my stats, Age 36, 5'10" 175 Been lifting for the past 5yrs. I was at 195 started doing alot of cardio went down to 162lbs felt good but I had no strength. So I increased my protien intake kept mixing up my lifting routines and cut out the cardio completely. Went up to 175lbs in 6months alittle stronger but more body fat. I would like to gain more but with less fat. Iam not looking to be huge just more cut. What would be the best cycle for me with the least side effects. I was thinking of just doing anavar cycle that was in Laymans Guide because you keep the gains, but it seems very exspensive on alot of the sites. Any input would be helpful. totally new to this and learning.
