I have gotten very strong on squats over the last several months. I wrap them pretty tight, over the kneecap and all and I go parallel. I also play basketball every Sunday on the concrete. I don't know which activity is causing it, but they hurt like a bitch.
u guys are lucky. i squat alot but i also wakeboard. wakeboarding is the worst sport in world for the knees. i have been doing it for 4 years and i have to wear this huge ass knee brace on my right knee now. and i'm 18!!
