Here's me back in October pulling 475 lbs. I have dropped a lot of fat since then. Unfortunately I tried pulling 490 a couple of weeks after this and pulled or tore a muscle or two in my lower back and cannot train deadlifts now. I probably would struggle to pull 400 now. However I'm down to 165 lbs. and my body is much leaner. In this video I was around 180-185 lbs. I had started cutting when this video was taken. I began my cutting phase when I got up to 201 lbs. So, I'm roughly 35 lbs. lighter now give or take a couple of pounds. Bod Pod tests showed 12% body fat a couple of weeks ago. I'm still trying to lose some fat on my stomach. I'd love to hit the beach this summer sporting some chiseled abs.
