hi guys..just a quick note from figi! i know i should be lying by the pool..but its overcast, so thought ide write a quick update..
diet has been going as good as possible 3 meals a day with a snack btw lunch and dinner. keeping no carbs except for today when i went to gym in the morning..b/fast consisted of 200mg r-ala, l-glutamine, large bowl of toasted oats (no milk), scrambled eggs (1 egg, 3 egg whites)...
been staying away from the fruit
b/fast is usually poached egg and tomato
lunch is chicken salad w blue cheese dressing
snack slice of cheese/chicken
dinner fish/chicken with salad
nothing before bed
hows it sound?
seems to be ok...ill probably lose a little muscle but, im sure nothing to worry about
