My experience with Xendadrine...

I've been taking xenadrine about 2 months. Kind of an on off deal....I didn't take it consistently but I always managed to take at least one a day. Sometimes I would take 2-3 a day. I usually lift at least 4 days a week and cardio about 20 minutes of the time I do lift.

Since I've been off xenadrine for the last 2 weeks I have made explosive gains...I am not as cut as I was before, but I have gained some pretty good size. I was about 150lbs before and now I am at 157lbs. I know, some of it is fat (1 of the 2 weeks was spring break :D ) but alot of it is muscle. All I can say is, that I don't want to take xenadrine ever again, I cannot tell you how addicting the shit is. I wouldn't go anywhere before I woke up with my 1 pill. Taking xenadrine always made me drowsy in the afternoons and gave me a rollercoaster appetite. The couple days after I stopped taking xenadrine, my metabolism and eating habits were all messed up. I would binge eat all the time with no control. I felt like I could never satisfy the hunger, I would eat endlessly. There was this one night where I got stoned, but let's not talk about that, I was so hungry I was about to gnaw on the drywall in my friends apt..lol.

I just wanted to share this with all you other bodybuilders out there......I feel that xendadrine and the other ephedra based supplements may be a bad idea. Maybe for a quick cut up, but be warned, it gets addicting.

Now for my questions, when I was at 150lbs (I'm 5' 9") I was doing dumbell inclines with 80lbs/arm (reps of 5-7), now that I am at 157lbs, I am still doing the same weight...is this because I am not gaining strength or because I don't have the boost of xenadrine in my work out as before? Also, what are your guys' thoughts on coffee in the morning? Bad idea? I know that when I was taking xenadrine I couldn't gain size at all....it just helped me stay cut around the waist. Would coffee have the same effect....(dehydration, etc.) ?

I don't post much, but I hope that the information I have posted has given some insite..

This reminds me of the ups radio commercial, has anyone heard it?

This isn't meant to flame you either Big Nipper....Just reminded me of the stupid commercial
 
Ummm okie so maybe we should stop juicing as well because that might be addicting. Bro, what the hell are you taking xenadrine for at 150???!!!! I dunno bro you need to get your shit together. :rolleyes:

That is exactly what I thouhgt when I was reading this thread, you just beat me to it Mike
