Hi guys, this is my first log. I am 52yo, weigh about 144 lbs, and have always had a slim/fit build, but never really saw the muscle growth that I desired. I work out 5-6 days a week in our basement doing T25 for cardio/core, and P90x for my weight training, along with bench & free weights. Please don't judge as I have a very busy job and these vids are the right fit for me. Most weight workout days I will go beyond the video and do some benching or free weights. We also have a power tower for pull ups. I try to rotate muscle groups every couple of days. I usually work out all year long but def not as hard in the fall/winter months and as a result I do have some extra around my mid-section that I am also looking to trim down.
My cycle is: .5ml Equipoise, .5ml of Testosterone given every Sunday, rotating injection sites (now that I know to do so).
Daily I am on 20mg of Anavar as well. I am on week 3, but 4 shots in.
I try to eat my body weight in grams of protein, usually as clean as I can, but there are days I can't always do that so a 32g dairy free shake helps out. I am a fussy eater so some of the higher protein foods are out of my comfort realm.
A usual breakfast consists of:
(3) protein pancakes 66.3g
(1) hardboiled egg 50.0g
1 cup protein yogurt 20g
banana
Lunch is usually a leftover meal from the night before so it's harder to list. Then I add in more yogurt & a couple cheese sticks as snacks thru the day.
Dinner is either chicken, steak, pork chops, Salmon, white fish.
I will update some body measurements to help track my progress.
My ultimate goal is to have a decent 'v' shape, big chest & arms, though proportional to my body. I am not looking to hulk out.
