Ok kiddies, I am on day 4 of my DNP diet, following the article here on EF (http://www.elitefitness.com/articledata/efn/111901.html) so techinically it is my first day actually on DNP at 250mgs. I popped it this morning with breakfast, and 5 hours later, I felt a miniscule warmer than normal. I did the clen two week cycle and it did squat for me, but I still get sore muscles from just opening up my mail. I pounded all the suggested sups and vitamins, and still, well, I digress...

The tale of the tape I guess is in about three days when I have run 500mgs/day for two days in a row.

Don't take this the wrong way as playing fast and loose with my body, but I think that I may be one of those guys that needs 600mgs+ to get any reaction. Clen on my first cycle was worthless. I will know in a few days.
 
I'll be watching this thread with interest. I've done DNP and my best advice is don't ramp up the dose too quickly because it builds up in your body. Just wait till the sweats really kick in - if you're anything like me you'll be drenched through at the end of every day!!

I took 600mgs at the peak, and tapered up and down. Don't get disheartened if the weight doesn't seem to be shifting, coz you'll hold a lot of water. You'll see the real results about a week after you've finished.

Underworl is correct. Don't taper up too fast. I'm running 400mg a day for 10 days and I'm on day 6 just now. I usually take about 10 clen a day which is fairly high (spiros) so thought a high dosage would be needed for DNP. Wrong. It took till day 4 before the effects REALLY kicked in! I am now sweating like a pig constanyly and drinking TONS of water. It has got worse from Day 4 till now and I hope to god this is the sides effects at their highest as the heat is killing me at work, luckily I have a fan on my desk pointing straight at me all day long.

Be patient, the stuff is amazing but it takes 4/5 days to kick in properly. For me anyway.

I wish I could go to a nice cold resort in the mountains and sit in a cold room and do nothing but sit there all day while the fat melts away while I munch on some DNP. Unfortunately, I work outside in the hot fucking midwest...and probably would never be in a position where I could take it. I wish I could. Probably will in the future sometime. good luck w/the cycle. Keep us updated
 
Ok, results of day one:

I did feel a little warmer, especially my feet. Lethargy set in late afternoon, so when I went home at 6, I decided to catnap before dinner. I was out by about 7 and woke up to get water and pee at about 2am, then I fell asleep again and woke up today at 7. Roughly 11hours of sleep, when I normally get 6-8!

I was all clammy and funky from sweating a little, but I really was in a DEEP sleep.

Beginning of day two at 250mgs: I am a little grimey still, feels like the humidity is pretty high. Feel a 'cozy' kinda warmth, like I wanna curl up and nap again. Will fight that urge and get some work done today. Gonna maybe drive back to the GNC in SD and get an ECA stack running.
 
only question, should i take 250 in the am and again in the pm, or all at once in the am? or is the half-life so long it does not matter? that is when i go to 500/day
 
If you're following the article why are you taking 250/500 when the article says 200/400?

edit: end of day two, it is now morning #3.
Lastnight I sweat a bit during my sleep, not a lot. Broke out in a sweat walking to the fridge in a 75 degree room. took my 250 in the am, taking second 250 in the pm.

my fatty areas seem not as solid, like they are losing volume, but i still squeezed into my 34" jeans today so no progress yet, but I expact in one week to be saying something different.

Ok, day 6; I have been lagging on writing to you guys, so here goes.

Since I last wrote here, my body temperature has a noticable increase even on the surface of the skin. My skin looks pink too, so people believe it is a sunburn and I get slathered in suntan lotion that, albeit temporarily, cools me off. This weekend had those notoriuos night sweats sink in, and boy, you guys were not kidding. I was swimming in my sheets. It was not horrible, but I do smell pretty bad, so people keep telling me to use anti-persirant. I kinda laugh it off.

Sometimes if I sit still too long, I feel the heat rising (FLAME ON) from my body. I was thinking of spending the day at the San Diego Zoo in the penguin house, gotta be pretty chilly there.

This weekend, when I am done, I am throwing out my mattress, sheets and pillows. The must be a breeding grounds for bacteria, and I have never heard anyone mention this before, so that is my two cents.

So currently I am at 250mgs in the morning, and another 250mgs about half hour before bed or at 10pm whatever comes first. I take my last dose at bed time on Thursday.
