In that case, instead of whey you can have egg whites and instead of casein drink more milk or add cottage cheese. Don't risk your dad throwing away the whey :(

As for the bccas, there are just a supplement but it is not compulsory they may cost around 15-25 Usd depending on size and brand. If you cannot buy, don't worry, base for now on solid food.

Regarding your budget a multivitamin/mineral can be bought at a cheap price in a farmacy such as CVS and can last you for many months, some ideas for these are Centrum performance or Pharmaton, but there are also cheap alternatives... just look for one that have a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals.
 
1) 3 egg whites, sandwich (cheece and veg), honey
2) 2 banana, milk shake + (breakfast that mom makes like chappathi and potato)
3) Rice + fish/red meat/chicken
4) Green veg salad, dates, nuts, fruitjuice (orange or grape)
5) Dinner + soup + veg and cheece sandwich (my mom makes every night from 7:00 to 8:00)
6) 2 banana, 2 egg whites, milk (1 glass)

How much calories will this be approximately?
 
I checked that site and its hella confusing. I searched for cooked oats and its given that oats contain fat? Someone made it i guess. I would just want an approxinmation from you whether it is anywhere near t0 atleast 2500 to 3000 calories.

And my bro just brought a can of cell tech hardcore. What does it meant by celltech hardcore? It says it have a special formula (the ingredients are all unknown chemicals) that gives you 7 lbs in a week!! Does that meant that it do have some hormone like thingies in it that can give us diseases later on in life? Like smoking a cigar etc, u know.
 
roughly looking at your diet it doesn't comes close to 2500, maybe 1600 or 1800 cause I don't know the portions.

If you want to know exactly what you are eating you need to learn how to count calories, yes some food contain some fat or carbs or protein but for example oats do contain some fat but to little to be significant.

About celltech hardcore, I had the idea your father didn't let you buy those type of supplements.
