My diet

Need some help here... i am trying to clean up my diet.
Bodyweight=174x12=2088
I am trying to lose bodyfat as well. I do cardio every other day.
What can i do to add calories, and take away the carbs?
I figure i take out the OJ and Turkey breast. But what can i replace it with.

Wiz, your diet actually looks pretty darned solid.

If you want to drop things, you might want to think about moving to regular oatmeal. The flavored ones have a lot of sugar.

You could drop the fruit juice, specially since it adds to liver glycogen which can easily get overfilled.

If you wanted, you could go for a low carb protein powder, but that's neither here nor there. You're probably fine with the current powder.

I mean, do you really need to replace the turkey breast? Do you feel you just can't go without?

Looks to me like you're getting plenty of protein.

Also, keep in mind I doubt your body will use ALL those calories put into that protein drink. I mean that's a HUGE amount of calories. You might just be able to cut back there.
