my diet

After 2 and a half month vacations with beer and party everyday i come up with 9 kilos more also, now it is time to cut a little and diet. I came up with this diet for a start, drinking 6 liters water, and adding some ripped fuel after. Training will be morning cardio on empty stomach and weights in the afternoon. I will eat also some cabbage or brocolli with meal 2 or 5. I will make adjustements with time in dextrose post workout but i will start high in the beguining and lower it with time.
Any suggestions will be wellcome.

-morning cardio (around 1 hour low intensity)
meal 1 (30 minutes after) = 168 grs. Tuna + 1,5 grs. Vitamin C
meal 2 = 84 grs. tuna
4 egg whites
1 yolk
3 grs. cod liver oil
meal 3 (Pre workout)= 1/2 scoop whey + 20 grs oatmeal + 3 grs vitamin C + vitamin E 1000 I.U. + creatine
meal 4 (Post workout) = 75 grs dextrose + creatine + 2 scoops Whey
meal 5 = 168 grs. tuna
4 egg whites
1 yolk
3 grs cod liver oil
meal 6 (bedtime) = 84 grs. Tuna


my goal for a start is lose around 20 pounds in 4 weeks and seeing strenght not going down, even up.
 
How much protien are you eating? What is the overall protien/carbs?

I was going with tuna for awhile but had to quiet eating it cause I would almost get sick everytime I tried to.

5 pounds a week is pretty stout, it would be hard not to some loose muscle.
 
How much do you weigh, whats your bf if you know it? How much is the total of all that food? Cals/Protein/Carbs/Fat? I don't think I can be of much help inless I know those things.


Also, whats wrong with chicken or cottage cheese? Your gonna get sick of that diet quick with all that tuna. I would suggest mixing it up.

2 cups low fat milk
8 egg whites
2 slices of wheat bread

meal 2
2 tuna cans
1 banana
1 cooked yam

meal 3
protein shake
2 slices wheat bread
60 grams turkey breast

meal 4
2 tuna cans
1 potatoe

meal 5
200 grams chicken breast
1 potato

meal 6
2 tuna cans
1 glass of milk


Calories - cal 2908.37

Protein - g 300

Fat - g 29.31

Carbs - g 361.13

What should I add I want to get 7 kilos in 1.5 months
MY bmr is more or less 2057 without counting workouts and soccer games
 
My stats and some modifications in diet.

I am 1,725 meters, i think 5,65 feet tall and 89 kilos (196 pounds).
around 25 % bodyfat i estimate.

I substituted cod liver oil by fish oil. Here it goes:

- morning cardio
meal 1 (30 minutes after) = 168 grs. Tuna + 1,5 grs. Vitamin C (39,64 grs protein, 196 cal.)
meal 2 = 84 grs. tuna (19,82 grs prot. 98 cal.)
3 egg whites (57,5 cal. 12,625 grs. Prot. 3,5 grs. Fat)
1 egg (87,6 cal. 7,56 grs. Prot. 6,6 Fat)
3 grs. fish oil
meal 3 (Pre workout)= 1/2 scoop whey (11 grs prot. 65 cal) + 40 grs oatmeal (160 cal.) + 3 grs vitamin C + vitamin E 1000 I.U. + creatine
meal 4 (Post workout) = 75 grs dextrose (300 cal.)+ creatine + 2 scoops Whey (44 grs. Prot. 260 cal)
meal 5 = 168 grs. Tuna + 1,5 grs. Vitamin C 39,64 grs protein, 196 cal.
3 egg whites = 57,5 cal. 12,625 grs. Prot. 3,5 grs. Fat
- 1 egg = 87,6 cal. 7,56 grs. Prot. 6,6 fat
3 grs fish oil
meal 6 (bedtime) = 84 grs. Tuna , 98 cal.

Plus: 6 liters water +. Some cabbage or brocolli in meals 2 and 5...

Ratios:
Protein = 214,34 grs.
Carbs = 115 grs
Fat = +- 30 grs
Calories = 1663 cal

(i think my math is ok...)

You are right, i will make more variation next week, adding some chicken. Cottage will be fine at night but i cannot find fat free cottage cheese.
