Just finished a 5 week Keto diet and im on day 2 of my sugary carbup. I will be starting an iso type diet tomorrow and I'd like to hear what you guys think of what I have planned out so far. I'm open to any suggestions. In fact I could use some more food variety ideas.

Stats/Info - 5'10", 150 pounds and I lift 3 days a week (no cardio)
1500 cals (10x Bodyweight)

Breakfast - 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg and 2 slices of whole wheat bread (315 cals 118c/106p/83f).

Lunch - Foot Long Roasted Chicken Sub from Subway (513.6 cals 336c/84p/93.6f)

Snack - ISOPURE Protein Shake (131 cals 2.4c/120p/12.6f)

Dinner - Turkey Breast Chunks/1 cup lettuce (350 cals 6c/96p/0f)

Snack - ISO PURE Protein Shake (131 cals 2.4c/120p/12.6f)

I'm looking at 32%C/40%P/28%F

What do you guys think?

Results from my 5 week keto diet...

It was fairly easy to follow and I really enjoyed the once a week refeed. Although I feel I took advantage of it and screwed up what could have been good results. My refeeds ended up in sugary cereal binges (cereal is my all time favorite food) also I didn't count my calories, I just ate little to no carbs and worked out 3 days a week.
My weight throughout the 5 weeks was up and down, seemed more like I was maintaining my weight rather then losing it. I would lose about 5 pounds in one week (probably water), then gain it all back on my refeed day. Kept that up for 4 weeks. On week 5 I did an eight day DNP cycle which I lost 2 pounds (looks and feels like I lost a lot more).

So basically I went 4 weeks of complete failure. Its all good though I have learned from my mistakes and this is not the first time I have fucked up. I'm ready to jump back on the wagon tomorrow and leave this experience behind me.
