My Diet..

Im wrestling now.. i dont need to cut any weight im where i need to be.. im trying to keep my mass, and have been trying to cut some fat on my stomach.

i drink water all day..and have multi vit and vit C about 2x a day

2 -2\3 servig of triple threat

3-turkey cheese mayo sandwich

4-2 turkey cheese luttece tomato sands w\mayo, apple sauce

5-oranges
Practice\scrimmage

6-gatorade and why protien

7-Rice chicken milk

2-plain bagal

3-Turkey cheese sand w\ italian dressing, turkey cheese sand w\ mayo

4-probably oranges,or fruit cup before practice

5-whey protien-gatorade

6- 2 fajitas- w\ chicken and vedgtables cheese.. pasta in tomato sauce and milk

Milk is fine, keep it in the diet. What do you mean by fruit cups? Fresh fruit in moderation is fine for your goals. If not seeing the weight loss you desire, cut out the bread, you have way too much man. Go w/ baked chicken breast or cans of tuna.
 
so instead of having a turkey sandwich...just have turkey ro chicken breast???

fruit cups..are those premade cups that have peaches or pinaple or both in the cup..looks like a package of pudding or it can be in a can.

I'd stay away from the fruit cups also. They are usually drowned in syrup and loaded in sugar. Fresh fruit is OK in moderation, but fruit like that I'd stay away from.

Yes, instead of the turkey sandwich, just have the turkey or chicken breast. When trying to lose fat you want to stay away from breads of any kind.

Fruit although it contains sugar, the sugar is not like other sugars but is fructose. it is released a lot more slowly, and fruits also contain fiber. not to mention one of the best appetite curvers.

fruit works great in any diet. I'm proof of that, as I've lost plenty of fat while taking fruit.

Also, as far as milk goes, its fine to have, just dont have too much. Reason why is because too much lactose in your system isnt good. but a couple glasses a day is fine. milk also contains a slower releasing sugar, known as lactose. and it has protein. just get skim milk, and u should be fine.


besides, milk and fruit contain a lot of vitamins too.

Fruit in moderation is not going to be a problem however those fruit cups are barley fruit they are however a lot of syrup which is not gonna help your cause.

I never said I was an expert, I still learn new stuff everyday about dieting, but I know the difference between good advice and ignorant advice, and trust me man, the advice you give is plain ignorant, you need to learn how the human body function before you start giving out this dumb advice you do. I'm not trying to start any kind of fight here. I come here to learn and give advice just like you are. But I don't suggest anything unless I know what I'm talking about, and saying fruit is bad when cutting is just dumb man. When you eat fruit, the fructose is stored the in liver glycogen, when it gets filled up, instead of being stored in the muscle glycogen, because fructose cannot be stored there, fructose then gets stored as fat. But you would have to eat about 100g of carbs from fructose for the liver glycogen to fill up, so as you can see eating fruit in moderation is fine.

ok so.. fruit.. but not in cups..just say apples??

for the milk i only have milk with my oatmeal and at dinner...

how much chicken..or turkey breast should i have for lunch and my second meal..

can i have an example of a 2nd period meal, a lunch, and a prepractice meal.

how is apple sauce

how much bread should i have??
