my diet with cycle, is this enough?

Whatsup, week #4.5 of sust @ 500mg per week. Quick question about my diet, just wanting to know if this is too extreme, do i need to cut back, or could i get decent gains on this or what, please give feed back.
Current Stats: 5'10 193lbs. 13% BF 22yrs old.

Meal Shake + 1 oatmeal
