My diet + Cycle (what do you think)
This is my diet and im on my 3rd cycle ,im 23yrs old .ill post pics when i get a scanner or webcam ,im spending all my money on food
Morning
Cereal
4 slices of toast
12 egg whites
prolab -nlarge2 (3 scoops)
Cardio/Swimming/Treadmill
mid
can of tuna
lunch
6 potatos
12oz chicken
Tuna
workout 1.30pm-2.30
after workout
Pasta
Tuna
Prolab N-large 2 (3 scoops)
mid
12oz Steak
Tea/Dinner
6 potatoes
12 oz Chicken
1 Cup of rice
Veges
Before bed
Tuna
Yougart
im doing a 750mgsust/600mg deca/35mg d-bol
i always worked out a lot and i eated less cause i was working alot
but i am blowing up like HELL!!!! the main rule for me is workout less eat more.
i do 3 sets of 8 (VERY HEAVY WEIGHTS)
